With 30 years of experience in workplace productivity, digital tools and workflow improvement, Ramzan has trained 20,000+ professionals across 1,400+ organisations from SMEs and family businesses to GLCs, government agencies and multinational corporations spanning oil & gas, financial services, aviation, manufacturing, telecommunications, healthcare and education.

She started her career as a college lecturer in NCC Diploma Computer Studies. She was subsequently selected by the Malaysian Ministry of Education to conduct Train-the-Trainer programmes for government school teachers nationwide. She went on to become a corporate trainer, training manager and senior operations leader, building both the technical depth and the real-world business understanding that shapes every session she delivers today.

Notable engagements include Khazanah Nasional, AirAsia, CIMB, Shell, DHL, Petronas, Tenaga Nasional, Bursa Malaysia, Western Digital, BMW, Honda, Ericsson, MINDEF and the High Commission of Canada — among many others.

As Master Trainer under Google Malaysia's national GMBO initiative, she helped more than 1,500 SMEs establish their digital presence. Under the Economic Planning Unit's Empowerment & Education Development Programme, she developed and delivered full training content for school leavers — going beyond the classroom to mentor and coach participants through the programme.

Her core expertise covers Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Power BI, SharePoint and Practical AI Integration — always grounded in how teams actually work, not how tools are theoretically supposed to work.
